today is the SECOND trng that i've gone to so far during the holidays. not bad huh. outta 3 weeks of the holidays, i've only been to 2 trngs. (: haha. missed 4 trngs cos of mission trip and 3 outta laziness. heh. i kinda regret ponning trng cos i'm like back to SQUARE ONE but i think i'll regret more if i hadn't pon. :D haha.

if i din pon trng on monday, there wouldn't be the sleepover cos i wouldn't ask von over and shaun and xb wouldn't come over, thus resulting in the sleepover. if i hadn't pon trng on wed, i wouldn't been able to join in the clean-up of anshao room and watched shrek 3 with my church friends. so i can conclude that ponning trng at times is GOOD. :D

super super rusty when i went to trng. mr wee thought that i din come to trng cos i went on holiday throughout the 7 trngs that i din attend. HAHA. he's gullible at times actually. and i dunno wad came over him. he went to PERM HIS HAIR. why would any guy with SHORT HAIR wanna perm his hair?!! he looks damn retarded, seriously speaking. he looked as if he has just came outta the laboratory after a failed experiment. (: hahaha.

he nagged at me for how rusty i've become and blahs blahs blahs. thankfully he only nags but not scold. hahaha. only mr goh will scold. luckily he's on some cruise now. phew. or else i think i'll most likely get a tongue-lashing for not attending so many trngs without any valid reason. haha.

managed to get back some strokes after 1 hour of trng. thankfully. i thought i'll play like a beginner for the whole trng today lah. i'll die lor. missing shuttles, hitting the frame of the racket, doing super weird movements and strokes...

perspired like MADD. weather was HORRIBLE. trained in the super STUFFFFFFY school hall, all enclosed summore without any fans on. oh ya, only abt 10 people came for trng today lah. damn pro. haha. seemed like i'm not the only one who ponned trngs. (: haha. relieved.

was supposed to run 6 x 6 laps in the hall but since mr wee already left when we were supposed to do PT, smart esther skipped all of it. (: hahaha. lazy lah. was already half dead after trng lah. guess i'll be totally DEAD after PT.

went to macs to eat with nat and stace after trng. had HAPPY MEAL again. :D haha. wanted to get the baby shrek toy but aiya, so retarded. not as if i'm gonna keep it. haha. save a toy for them. (:

home sweet home after that. (: haha. trng next monday is gonna be at 8.30AM. that's so CRAZY. holidays are meant for me to replenish my lost sleep during school days... sigh. dun wish to pon anymore trng but i think i'll most probably oversleep. lol. wait till monday comes lah.
