TODAY
woke up early in the morning to attend private trng. was almost late even though i was already awake at 7am cos i was super super hesitant to get outta bed so early. procrastinated till like 7.30am and chionged like crazy. haha. so retarded.
i was considering whether or not to attend cos i was pretty tired and lazy. it's kinda crazy to have trngs for 2 consecutive days... yupps. but super guai esther still went in the end.
when i reached school, i realised that i was ON TIME. literally ON THE DOT. cool huh. i have fantastic time management. hehe. (:
private trng was super fun and much more productive. enjoy it super loads lah!! usually, there'll be short of courts cos of the large team we have but today, we've got much more courts than people!! there was like 3 courts for 5 people while usually, we have 2 or 3 courts for 20 plus people. see the difference!! din regret attending private coaching today. (:
played games after that. love it!! (: haha. though i played like crap. haha.
went to T*3 cube for lunch with nat and stace. that seems to be our favourite hanging out place. haha. ate quite a bit there. haha. super hungry after trng lor, not that i'm a glutton. haha. excuses. (:
came home after that, super tired. that's all i did today. nothing much. gonna chiong some hmwk later, might not have time to complete them tmr. i may be watching fireworks tonight!! (: haha. hopefully i do... i missed out all the fireworks during national day. sadly.

TUESDAY
din intend to attend school cos i was really tired from the china trip. but i had no mc, so if i din attend school, my bio ct marks will be ZERO. i only reached home at 12am that morning and slept at 1am. super super tired. din really sleep well the previous night in china too. worst of all, i din even study a single bit of bio. haha. was mentally prepared to leave the whole paper blank.
when i reached school, i was pretty shocked cos practically everyone asked me "how was china?" woah. i din broadcast it or anything, i merely informed a handful. i was thinking how in the world did everyone know that i went to china. i must be pretty famous den. haha. (: chionged studying bio during most of the lessons b4 bio. memorising like MADDD cos it's not very nice to leave the whole paper blank. amazingly, i could memorise the pathway of blood very quickly!! i know it is quite possible for many to memorise such things in minutes but i'm just not the kind who can memorise easily, i nida understand and absorb. yupps. so last-minute revisions are really not for me. thank God that i managed to rmb some main points.
when the test started, i was quite thankful that it wasn't that difficult. everything i studied came out. phew. (: thank God once again. wrote till my hand ached like mad. the essay qns was really an ESSAY. i was more of scribbling than writing. hopefully it's legible to mr lim. haha. (:

CHINA TRIP
many have been asking me how's china. i shall answer it once and for all. the trip wasn't really a holiday as i have expected. it was more of attending my late grandma's ritual. i regret gg, seriously. i missed out on jen's house sleepover, national day, church's 58th anniversary and many more. sad. ): shan't brood over since i can't go back in time either.
the first day, on national day itself, i woke up at 5.30am to catch a plane. my nicey cousin came to fetch us to the airport although he himself dun have to. he took the trouble to wake up early just to fetch us to the airport when he can jolly well sleep at home. how nice is that?? (: haha.
the plane ride to china was scary. experienced severe turbulence. first encounter in my whole life. FREAKY. fun but dangerous experience. i dunno why, but the plane shook vigorously initially. all of a sudden, we experienced huge turbulence. the woman sitting in front of me flew up and her head hit against the aircon above. how bad is that?? funny though. haha. i was laughing like crazy at the back. mean me. hehe. my mum was screaming at me to fasten my seat belt quickly when she conveniently chugged her bag on me. -.- how retarded.
when we reached china, we had kfc for lunch. (: the kfc in china served portugese egg tart lah!! damn nice. mmm. jealous?? haha. (: i just realised that singapore's fast food outlets don't sell alot of nice food that other fast food chains in other countries do. like hot chocolate, egg tart, yoghurt drink, etc. the chicken wings served there are also served in larger portions and more yummy than singapore's one!! :D
took a 2 hour van ride to my late grandma's place in china. during the journey, we saw a university under renovation. it was superbly HUMONGOUS can!! the size of it is like... 50 times that of bishan stadium. how BIG is that?? they had like 20 basketball courts only in ONE school lah. madness. it is literally 学. haha. guess singapore will never be able to accomodate that.
when i reached there, i was like WOAH. the house she had there was like a mansion, or rather, like a whole block of apartment. she owned that whole thing lah. CRAZY. it looks more like a community club to me. my mum said that she drew the staircase. cool huh. (: haha. we stayed in a vacant room at the 3rd floor. she was kinda blamed by my brother for not drawing a lift for the house. haha. funny sia he. but it was kinda troublesome to climb up and down so many times a day. true also lah. haha.
we were brought around the area after that. attended the ritual at night for a few hours. we hadda stand there for i dunno wad reason for a buddhist ritual. me and my bro were super restless cos we dun understand a thing and had nothing to do. they set off fire crackers during the thing. first encounter with fire crackers. kinda cool but was freaked out many times cos of the sound. haha.
after it was over, i was thinking how am i gonna sleep there since i'm so not used to the bed there and they had NO AIRCON. that's the worst. haha. sounds super bimbotic, i know. but i'm like too used to sleeping in aircon room every single day ever since i dunno when.
thankfully, my mum was pretty high ranked there. so some "nephew" of mine offered his aircon room to us. hehe. so nice. (: they minded alot abt the generations and stuff there, so we had quite special treatment i would say. haha.
oh ya, i found out that i am a grandaunt lah!! sounds old right. but it's COOL isn't it?? (: haha. and i also found out that my mum has another step-brother in china and he's like 80+. and my late grandfather had 2 wifes. tsktsk. so unfaithful.
~end of first day~

i was supposed to wake up at 3am for the 2nd day of ritual lah!! CRAZY. kill me man. luckily, we kids could excuse ourselves and wake up later and join later. hehe. i was complaining and whining like mad lah. woke up at 7am that morning. the ritual ended only at 12am. how mad is that?!! almost cost my life!! was making a fuss outta almost everything. lol. that's wad happens when i'm super cranky. can't help it. esther's nature. haha.
was thanking God that it was all over man.
~end of 2nd day~

woke up pretty early too on the 3rd day. din have anymore ritual and my cousin brought us around to shop and eat. had super yummy wanton soup lah!! salty and NICE. :D they went to buy shoes for my little "niece" cos her shoe was soaking wet that morning and she only had slippers left. my "nephew", i shall call him uncle cos he's so much older than me, was bargaining with the shopkeeper fiercely cos of a pair of shoes lah. quite scary. they quarrelled till as though they are gonna fight lah. woah. he managed to argue so fiercely and managed to bargain S$12 off. cool huh. (: shall learn from him next time when i go back to china.
my cousin bought a pda phone for only S$200+ without contract lor. cheap right?? you can't even get that price in singapore even if you buy with a contract.
spent almost the whole day shopping and eating, that's all abt it.
~end of 3rd day~

woah. i dun wanna type liao. tired leh!! such a long post. shall summarise everything. i realised that all my relatives in china talk SUPER LOUDLY. it's really terrifying. i dunno when they are talking or quarrelling. seriously. it's undifferentiate-able. guess it runs in the family, no wonder my mum talks so loudly... :X haha. the car rides there are scary too. they dun seem to care if they are driving along the correct side of the road. the car there works like this: it's not whether you are driving on the correct side of the road that matters, it's the size of your vehicle. even if you are travelling on the wrong side of the road but you're driving a VAN, the motorcycle will still hafta make way even if he is right. dangerous driving huh.
that's all that i shall blog abt the trip. full-stop. haha. lazy lah. okay. shall stop here. (: bye.
