i shall try to be hardworking and blog at least once a week. haha. so i think my posts will be quite lengthy and naggy, hope you guys don't mind. (: hahaha. i hope you guys will survive reading. i'll start blogging from saturday.
SATURDAYokay. there was anshao committee retreat on saturday from 3pm to 9pm. went down at 1.30pm to do anshao room deco for zmds' farewell. was pretty discouraged abt it cos the 3 PIC(S) were me, bella and tard. but apparently, tard can't make it, bella will be late. this meant that i was to do the deco myself! i was seriously tempted to just leave it there and not do anything cos i lacked the inspiration to do anything.
but i really would like to thank God on that day! it started off with myself only. then, i asked xb to come down to accompany and he agreed. (but he didn't turn up in the end though. hahaha.) then julia, ah neh and jy smsed me in the morning. julia offered to help, ah neh was suppose to go down early to open the gate (thought it was opened when we went and he sorta made a wasted trip) and jy who offered to help me buy balloons for deco! :D YAY. so happy. then, there was more to come. many committee members came down much earlier than 3pm and helped me with the deco! YAY. thank God for everything. you people are just like God sent angels! (:
had 食字路口 for games during retreat. though the weather was a total torture and we had to rush to and fro the same places repeatedly, i'm sure everyone enjoyed it. :D hehe. the food that we were suppose to eat were not bad indeed! (: haha. thank you so much coordinators! i'm sure it wasn't an easy task to plan and racky the places in advance.
there was also a Bible Study session after that. learnt ALOT during the Bible Study as it was highly applicable for me. God really spoke to me through that short period of time and i am motivated to hang on in my posts though i'm not confident abt it yet. pray for me k? (:
went off after that. von and i went shopping at PS and we bought quite a few things. spent like 30 bucks in total that day. HAHA. :D had subway for dinner. she spent the night over at my house to complete zmds farewell gift. we didn't had a wink that night lah! did it for 9 consecutive hours till 7am. and we sneaked out at 4am to buy maggie mee cos we were super tired and hungry and thought that walking abt would perk us up. HAHA. thankfully my mum didn't discover us. phew. or else we'll seriously get it from her.
SUNDAYwe were half dead by the time we were suppose to prepare for church. we were early for the choir rehearsal! HAHA. amazingly. choir members were highly encouraged to talk crap from 7am onwards. but apparently, me and von have been crapping since the start of saturday morning. HAHA. so we've sorta 开声ed long ago.
the response of our 献诗 was GREAT. well done 天路客! :D it wasn't as bad as i thought. guess there wasn't much anxiety in me cos it isn't the first time that i'm 献诗-ing in front of the church, moreover they are people that we know, so what's there to be afraid? (: and we were sure that God was there to provide us with the strength we needed! praise the Lord. :D
zmds farewell followed. i've already predicted that i'll cry. GAHHHHH~ but it wasn't so embarrassing cos most of the girls cried too. we had a video presentation and 2 song presentations. one of the song was the guitar examination piece and the other one was our guess of his favourite song: 最珍贵的角落. the part that made me cry was when the note he wrote were being read out. AHHHH! i'm so gonna miss him loads. i wonder how anshao would be like in his absence. ): i hope 2 years will fly past soon so that he'll be back with us AS A PASTOR! :D all the best zmds! we will keep you in our prayers.
MONDAYback to school, BORING. school's getting more and more boring! i can't stand it. thankfully bio re-test was postponed to next week. so i'm only left with chem SPA skill 3. thankfully i've got nice friends who were nice enough to teach me skill 3 cos i've not been paying attention in chem lessons. HAHA. that's so usual of me. my teacher's annoying and so is her voice. but she's nice lah. just that... i'm a bit biased against her cos she scolded me before! HAHA. not so much of prejudice now and neither can i afford it cos i want my A1 for chemistry!
monday was pretty slack. suppose to have bio remedials but was cancelled cos there was no venue available to house 2 classes. YAY! so me, sim, tay, gin and yt went to shop for PAJAMAS at kovan and hougang. okay, basically, the pajamas is for the Express Yourself Day this friday whereby all cedarians are allowed to wear anything to school, as in HOME CLOTHES. but since my class has decided to take part in the class competition, they've came up with the idea of PAJAMAS. zzz. quite dumb i thought cos if you don't have any, you've gotta buy. besides, people like me DON'T WEAR pajamas to sleep! so even if i buy it, i'll most prolly wear it for the first and the last time on friday. -.- but whatever that is, since it's my last year in cedar, i shall be supportive of class performances! that's if i feel like it of course. (: HAHA.
me and yt went crazy and talked crapped all the way. guess i was worn out due to the lack of sleep. but it was normal to me as i always do that in church. then the 3 of them dao-ed us lah! SO MEAN. :O but soon, tay was badly influenced too and the 3 of us went CRAZY! HAHA. i love being crazy.
TUESDAYschool was as boring as ever. HAHA. i'm so not gonna waste my time blogging abt school. anw, i went out with stace and mel after school today. met up with someone and had lunch at carls junior. did the HEAT REACTION on mel. she's damn funny and naive. she had no idea what me and stace were doing and she happily added all sorts of funny sauces tgt and her hand had to touch that mixture of sauces. i doubt many of you dunno what i'm talking abt, feel free to ask me to try it on you. (: HAHA! i bet you'll ENJOY and be AMAZED by it. (:
that's roughly what happened for the past few days. yupps. i think i left out quite alot of things but gahhhh, can't seem to rmb every tiny little detail that happened. and i don't wanna bore you all to death. HAHA. hope you all survived reading this post! ciaos. :D
