RESULTS DAY! i suppose many of you are anticipating for me to blog about my results. so sorry for the slipshot smses today, too lazy to reply long msgs plus i wasn't exactly in a good mood.
i never imagined that our batch could do so well! our overall average was 9.07. pretty insane i would say. this means that majority of the sec 4 pupils in year 2008 scored around 9 for L1R5! at first when i heard of it, i thought it was merely a rumour cos it sounds pretty impossible. and 98.9% is eligible for JC admission! mad not? i just realised how mad my school is academically. only 3 scored above 20 for L1R5.
and i can't believe that the news didn't show the slightest bit about our school! unfair. our overall average was much much higher than cat high and they got all the limelight tgt with st nicks. we should at least get like 10s on the news okay! the cameraman even came over to interview our top students. hmphhh. why wasn't it shown!
went shopping after getting back our results. starting splurging cos i wasn't exactly happy. hahaha. glad that my mum said i could claim. phew! or else i'd be broke. thanks mummy! (:
notice that i haven't blogged about my results? the whole chunk above is just to digress. i scored 10 for L1R5 and 8 for L1R4. not exactly happy with it cos... I FAILED THE DAMN HMT! E8 okay. like wth. 20 people failed and i'm so lucky to be one of them. great. i only have 1 pathetic bonus point now. but i ought to be content cos i prayed to get 9 and i really did obtain 9 points after minusing! thank God for that. however, i'm unable to enter ajc cos i'm short of one stupid point. crap! should have dropped hmt previously to retake chinese, waste of my money!
aiming for nyjc now cos it's the next nearest and not so bad jc. wonder how it'll be like... going for the open house tmr, hope it'll be a good one! (: pray for my people. thanks loads!
