year 2008 passed in a blink, welcome 2009! i guess it was mainly due to big fat Os, all the studying and what not. took up a huge portion of my time worrying and studying and mugging. i'm really not prepared for this year, frankly speaking. imagine: school starts, new school life in a whole new environment, and TADA, PROMOS. what a wet blanket.
but still, i'd like to thank God for letting me have such a long hols! :D i know many of you have started school, trying not to be mean to laugh at you guys. had my fun teasing shaun today. HAHAHA. :D thank God for giving me such fun-loving bro/sis-in-christ. the never ending trail of programmes bonded us quite a bit and i'm thankful for that. countdown at yongxin's cousin's house, roller blading at ecp... love it! (i'm suffering from the adverse effects which is butt/thigh/back aches!)
i feel the pressure coming as 12 Jan approaches. a really mixed feeling now: anxious to know whether i can enter my dream school but yet fear the disappointment. SIGHS. i guess that happens to almost everyone? part and parcel of life i suppose. i'm not exactly ready for school, yet to enjoy my hols to the fullest! have been working my hols away ever since Os ended. the greatest wet blanket is that THE ADULT FARE IS BEING CHARGED EVER SINCE 1 JAN 2009! this sucks big time. i'm paying like 3 times the amount of what i pay and guess what? i'm responsible for those top-ups. GREAT.
i want to get out of the house but yet i can't bear to spend extra on those stupid tranport fees! GRRR. can i apply for the senior citizen concession? HAHAHA. i guess that'll be a great solution. :D
enough of rantings i suppose, spare your eyes the agony. bye!
